1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website limoseries.com and the purchase and use of the software products offered on it (the "Products"), in particular the audio plug-in il granello. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the Products.

2. Who We Are

Limoseries is an independent one-person music-software project. "We", "us" and "our" in this document refer to the above.

3. The Product

il granello is a downloadable software audio plug-in (VST3 and Audio Unit formats) for use inside a compatible digital audio workstation. It is a digital good, delivered electronically as a download together with an installer and a user manual.

The Product is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use it under the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with your download. In case of any conflict, the EULA governs the use of the software itself.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown on the site in euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. A purchase is complete once payment is confirmed and the download and licence are delivered to the email address you provide.

Payments and order fulfilment are handled by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy acts as the seller of record for the transaction, issues your receipt, and collects any applicable taxes. Their own terms also apply to your purchase. We do not receive or store your card or payment details.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check that your system meets the stated requirements before purchasing.

5. Licence & Anti-Piracy

Your use of il granello is governed by the EULA supplied with the Product. In short, and without replacing that agreement:

• You receive one personal, non-transferable licence, for the sole use of the purchasing user.
• You may install and use it on the computers you personally own or control.
• You may not copy, share, upload, distribute, resell or sublicense the downloaded file or your licence to anyone else.
• All future updates to the current major version are included at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

il granello is a digital product delivered instantly. By completing your purchase and downloading the software, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

For this reason all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded or the licence delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If the Product does not work as described, contact us at pablo.limoseries@gmail.com first — we will help you get it working and, if a genuine technical fault cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, whose refund handling also applies.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Products, the website, and the "Limoseries" and "il granello" names, logos, graphics, audio and text remains the property of Paolo Gottardelli (Limoseries) or its licensors. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding. Music you create using the Product is entirely yours.

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape or copy its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer and No Warranty

The Products and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every system or host. Nothing here excludes the statutory rights that consumers have under mandatory law, which remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, audio, projects or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Products or the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Third-Party Services and Data

The site and checkout rely on a few trusted providers: Lemon Squeezy (payments and delivery), Brevo (newsletter), and Netlify (hosting). How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version and date at the top of this document always indicate the current terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where applicable. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts, subject to those mandatory consumer rights.
