What is a granular plugin, and what makes Il Granello different?
A granular instrument cuts a sample into tiny grains and replays them, so one sound becomes textures, pads, rhythms or new melodic material. Il Granello does it with nine controls and three modes, hold, step and keys, including a step sequencer that plays the grains in time with your project.
Is Il Granello a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time. €39.90, VAT included, paid once. No subscription, free updates, one licence for all your own machines.
Is there a free demo of Il Granello?
Yes. The demo is the whole instrument. The sound pauses for seven seconds every minute; buying removes the pause, nothing to reinstall. Get the demo.
Which formats and systems does it run on?
VST3 on macOS and Windows, Audio Unit (AU) on macOS. macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later, Universal build for Apple Silicon (M1–M5) and Intel. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Pro Tools (AAX) is coming soon.
How do I get the plugin after I buy?
