Update & licence
How do I get the 1.2 update?
If you already have Il Granello, 1.2 is free, like every update :)
Log in with the email you bought it with: we send you a code, and the download is right there under your licence. It doesn’t matter where you bought it, Polar or Lemon Squeezy, it’s all in one place now.
No code? Check your spam folder first, it lands there more often than you’d think.
Your licence stays the same, and you’ll find it in your account too.
Once it’s installed, restart your DAW so it picks up the new version.
On a Mac with macOS 10.15 Catalina or 11 Big Sur? Il Granello 1.2.2 needs macOS 12 or later, so keep the 1.2.0 you have: it keeps working with your licence. Buying new on one of those systems? Write me at support@limoseries.com and I send you 1.2.0.

Problems with your licence?
You bought Il Granello and cannot find the key, or the email never came. Check your spam folder first. It lands there more often than you would think.
Still nothing? One field, and the key is sent again to the address you bought with.
The plugin
The plugin does not show up in your DAW
- Rescan plugins in your DAW. Most only look for new plugins on a full restart.
- Check the format: VST3 on macOS and Windows, Audio Unit (AU) and AAX on macOS only. Logic and GarageBand load AU, Pro Tools loads AAX, Ableton and FL Studio load VST3. AAX is macOS only for now, and there is no VST2.
- On macOS, open Audio MIDI Setup or Logic’s Plug-in Manager and press Reset & Rescan Selection.
- Windows: make sure your DAW scans
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.
Tested in Logic Pro, GarageBand, Pro Tools (macOS), Ableton Live 10.1+, FL Studio 20.7+, Cubase 9.5+, Studio One 5+, Bitwig 3+, Reaper 6 and 7, and any other 64-bit VST3, AU or AAX host. macOS 12 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. On macOS 10.15 or 11 use 1.2.0, the last version for those systems.
Installing, or the download
The download is the installer for your system and the manual as a PDF. The installer puts the plugin where your DAW expects it, nothing to move by hand.
Right after checkout the download link is on screen and in your email. After that it is always in your account: log in with the email you bought with and download it again whenever you need it. The login code comes by email: if it does not arrive, look in spam first. If it is not there either, write and we sort it out by hand.

Orders & anything else
Orders, invoices, refunds
Checkout, invoices and payment questions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the store behind the buy button. Your receipt has a link to your order; the invoice is there too. For a refund or anything about the order itself, write to me with the email address you bought with and I will sort it out with them.
Something else
Write with three things and the answer is fast: which DAW and version, which system (macOS or Windows), and what happens: a sentence, or a short screen recording.
