Problems with your licence?
You bought Il Granello and cannot find the key, or the email never came. Check your spam folder first. It lands there more often than you would think. Still nothing? One field, and the key is sent again to the address you bought with.

- Rescan plugins in your DAW. Most only look for new plugins on a full restart.
- Check the format: VST3 on macOS and Windows, Audio Unit (AU) on macOS only. Logic and GarageBand load AU, Ableton and FL Studio load VST3. There is no VST2 and no AAX yet.
- On macOS, open Audio MIDI Setup or Logic’s Plug-in Manager and press Reset & Rescan Selection.
- Windows: make sure your DAW scans
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.
Tested in Logic Pro, GarageBand, Ableton Live 10.1+, FL Studio 20.7+, Cubase 9.5+, Studio One 5+, Bitwig 3+, Reaper 6 and 7, and any other 64-bit VST3 or AU host. macOS 10.13 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
Installing, or the download
The download is the installer for your system and the manual as a PDF. The installer puts the plugin where your DAW expects it, nothing to move by hand.
Right after checkout the download link is on screen and in your email. You can come back to it any time. If the email never arrived, look in spam first: it lands there more often than you would think. If it is not there either, write and you get your link back.
One licence covers all your own machines, studio desktop and laptop included, and updates are free.
Orders, invoices, refunds
Checkout, invoices and payment questions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the store behind the buy button. Your receipt has a link to your order; the invoice is there too. For a refund or anything about the order itself, write to me with the email address you bought with and I will sort it out with them.
Something else
Write with three things and the answer is fast: which DAW and version, which system (macOS or Windows), and what happens: a sentence, or a short screen recording.
