Find your licence key
You bought Il Granello and you cannot find the licence key that came with it. Check your spam folder first. It lands there more often than you would think. If it is not there, put in the email address you bought with and we will send the key to that address.
What the key looks like
It arrives as a single line, in this shape:
GRANELLO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Four groups of four after the name. There is no 0, O, 1, I or L anywhere in a key, those five are left out on purpose, because they are the ones that go wrong when somebody copies a key by hand. So if you think you are looking at a zero or a capital O, look again.

If the plugin already works, nothing is wrong
The version of Il Granello on sale today does not ask for a licence key. It installs, loads in your DAW and runs without one. So if the plugin is working, nothing is broken and there is nothing you need to fix.
The key starts to matter from the next version on. That is the reason to find it and put it somewhere safe now, rather than on the day you actually need it.
